Qualification Successfully Carried Forward, Marking a New Stage in Corporate Compliance and Credit Management
On July 8, 2026, Zhejiang Zhongda Textiles Co., Ltd. officially received the AEO Certified Enterprise Certificate issued by Hangzhou Customs, with AEO number AEOCN710958387.
This certification represents the successful transition of the company’s previous Customs General Certified Enterprise status under China’s newly implemented customs credit management framework in 2026. Zhongda Textiles’ status as an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) has been seamlessly maintained, reflecting the company’s continued commitment to compliance, supply chain security, and international trade facilitation.
The certification renewal was conducted in accordance with the Measures of the People’s Republic of China Customs on Credit Management of Registered and Filed Enterprises (General Administration of Customs Order No. 282), as well as Announcement No. 34 and Announcement No. 32 issued by the General Administration of Customs in 2026. The successful issuance of the certificate marks the continuation of Zhongda Textiles’ AEO qualification under the updated regulatory framework.
Under the new regulations, both Advanced Certified Enterprises and Certified Enterprises are recognized as Authorized Economic Operators (AEOs) in China and are eligible to enjoy customs clearance facilitation measures and benefits under international AEO mutual recognition arrangements. The introduction of the “Certified Enterprise” category provides a more refined and flexible classification within the customs credit management system.
Compared with the previous certification standards, the updated framework has been significantly optimized, including the introduction of enterprise tolerance mechanisms and positive incentive measures for compliance performance. These improvements provide companies with greater flexibility and enhanced support in maintaining regulatory compliance and strengthening operational management.
